"*AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE* This is not a fake review. I've been paying this company $1.5K per year for mortgage and auto insurance for the last 5 years. That's around $7.5K and luckily have never had to use the insurance.

I have a 6 year old non-sports car, no tickets and no accidents. I asked why did my auto insurance go up on my new policy. I was immediately told "State Farm does not make money off insurance." I said "How can that be, someone has to be making some money..."

I was then told "There could be 250 reasons why and we are not going to provide you proprietary information." I feel as a customer, I should know why my rates went up and should get a better answer than that. The person I spoke to then told me "to shop somewhere else."

I called back and someone else answered the phone. He said that what "I'm explaining what happened didn't happen." (Like I'm making it up). He then overtalked me numerous times to a point where I couldn't even get a complete sentence in. I mentioned that I want a call from Todd today and he said "I can't guarantee you that sir. He could have a baseball game with his kids and family and could have a ot of other things going on and that I'm not his boss." He overtalked me so much that I lost my temper with him and swore at him. I should not have done that, but this is how AWFUL this experience was.

Then, I asked if Todd can call me back today and I got a hard "I can't guarantee that sir." I feel like taking my business elsewhere, and think the person on the phone could have been much nicer and helpful.

Update..I called back and someone else answered the phone and contradicted everything I said like I'm making it up. Then, he kept overtalking me like 10x stating that Todd might have to go to his "kids baseball games and doesn't know his schedule and that he is not Todd's boss." so might not be able to call me back today. Both kept telling me to "shop around" while I've been a loyal customer for 5 years and just had a couple of simple questions. Yeah shop around...like I don't matter as a customer paying this place $1.5K per year for the last 5 years."
